2017 Halloween Party ~ Staff Wanted! ~

これまで２０年間、西条英語ボランティアの会（エリス）が開催していたハロウィンパーティ。昨年はそのノウハウをもとに西条商店街で本当に多くの子ども達にハロウィンを楽しんでいただきました。
今年もやります！「ハロウィンパーティ2017」！！
是非、一緒にスタッフとして参加しませんか？皆さんのご応募お待ちしてます。
◆開催日時：2017年10月28日（土）14：00～17：00（カード販売13：30）
◆場 所：西条商店街
◆活動内容：事前検討会、準備、当日イベント運営
◆募集人数：１００名程度

2017 Halloween Party ~ Staff Wanted! ~
For 20 years, ELIS has organized a fun Halloween party for the children of Saijo.
For the past couple of years, SIEA has used ELIS’s expertise to expand upon this event so people of all ages can learn about and enjoy Halloween activities. We plan to do the same this year too! Get ready for the “2017 Halloween Party!”
We are looking for volunteers to help us with this event. Join us in the fun, new Halloween tradition!
◆Date：October 28 (Sat.), 2:00-5:00 p.m. (Stamp card sale begins at 1:30 p.m.)
◆Place：Saijo Shotengai (shopping arcade)
◆Volunteer staff will assist with planning sessions, preparation and the party itself.
◆100 volunteers wanted!
◆Sign-up Deadline：October 20 (Fri.)

Halloween Illustration Contest!

ハロウィンのポスターやイラストを大募集！
応募いただいた作品は１０月２８日(土)に開催されるハロウィンパーティで展示コンテストを行います。
こわーいお化け、かわいいモンスターなどハロウィン題材とした作品の応募をお待ちしています。素敵な作品は次年のポスターに採用させていただきます。

◆募集期間：10月2日(月)～10月20日(金)
※原則作品は返送しません。提出された作品の使用権は主催者に帰属し宣伝等で利用する場合があります。
Halloween Illustration Contest!
We are holding a Halloween-themed poster/illustration contest for our 2017 Halloween Party (see above).
Whether scary ghouls or cute monsters, we want to see your best Halloween art. Exceptional entries will be used for next year’s Halloween Party poster.

◆内容：発展著しいベトナムの日常会話や文化を楽しく学びます。

ボランティアスタッフとして国際交流の楽しさを広めませんか？
また、販売予定の「ベトナム揚げ春巻き作り」のボランティアも募集しています。

We will be hosting the “World Café” at the Saijo Agricultural High School!
Won’t you join us as part of the volunteer staff to increase international exchange?
